Replicating the tangs is difficult unless you have the equipment: the work-around is to drill a hole in it and use a cotter key or hairclip pin to hold in place.Īccelerator rod from bellcrank to "Z" bar: Have been told that Joe Bunetic in suburban St. Kickdown bracket: Short of finding an original, modify a 4v version by grinding off the two tangs holding the shaft in place, move the swivel bracket to inside the bracket that mounts to the manifold, reuse the rod by cutting it about 1/4" past the face of the manifold bracket and washer.
